Getting Started
• On-Ramp Course (three introductory classes) – $60
Every member will go through our On-Ramp course before s/he can begin participating in the Workout of the Day (WOD). The On-Ramp course will prepare each member for the different movements and lifts that s/he will encounter in the workouts. We will base the preparatory class on 9 specific movements as well as certain skills that require strict form and mechanics. It is important that each member passes the On-Ramp course before moving into the actual training.
• 2 classes/week – $100/month
Members will be training up to two times per week with this package.
• 3 classes/week – $120/month
Members will be training up to three times per week with this package.
• Unlimited – $135/month
Members will have unlimited access to classes throughout the week with this package.
• Drop-In Class – $15
A single session or drop-in participant will be charged $15 per workout.
• Punch Card – $130 for ten classes
For clients who have inconsistent schedules, they can buy a punch card and come when they have an opportunity. Punch cards have a 60 day expiration.

**There will be a 20% discounted monthly rate available to law enforcement, fire department, military personnel, college students (must show ID), and health care providers.
