Mike Hart, MBA, CSCS, CPT, CFL1, CGFI
Mike completed his MBA in January 2012 from Indiana Wesleyan University with a specialty in Healthcare Administration. He is a graduate of IUPUI of which he received his B.S. in Exercise Science from Indiana University in May of 2003. While attending IUPUI, Mike played four years of Division-I soccer on an athletic scholarship.
Mike has obtained a number of certifications and continues his education to establish himself as a reliable and committed personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach. His training has ranged from untrained and novice athletes to professional athletes. He has trained a number of obese and unhealthy individuals back to a healthy and desirable lifestyle. Over time, Mike has gained experience training clientele of all skill sets and health and fitness levels.
In early 2008, Mike discovered CrossFit through a Muscle and Fitness magazine. After being humbled by the first workout, Mike looked a little deeper into the CrossFit methodology and never turned back. Since that time, Mike has trained himself and most of his clientele with the CrossFit training/programming and has experienced unbelievable gains in all fitness domains both personally and from his clients. Mike has never witnessed a training concept that has challenged an individual and helped so many meet their overall fitness goals. Mike is excited to bring CrossFit to Franklin and hopefully involve the entire Johnson County Community with his training.
Tom Ogden, CFL1

During his career in the military he became a vehicle commander with the responsibility of leading other Marines in his platoon. Tom is a graduate of IUPUI where he received a B.S. in Exercise Science with a focus in pre-Physical Therapy from Indiana University in December of 2010.
Tom discovered CrossFit while working with Mike at another facility and was immediately addicted. Tom is CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Mobility certified. He is very motivated and looks forward to obtaining more specialty certificates in the near future.
Stacie Volz, CFL1
Stacie has lived in and been a part of the community of Franklin since age 2.
She graduated from Purdue in 1997 with a degree in speech pathology and audiology and from Gwinett Techinical College in 2000 with a physical therapist assistant (PTA) degree. She is 37 years old, a wife, and the mother of two young boys. She works full time as a PTA helping rehabilitate elderly patients with vestibular and balance dysfunction.
Stacie has competed in one triathlon and has run three marathons for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. One month after her third marathon in San Francisco in 2010, she was humbled by the OnRamp class with Mike and Tom. She believed she was already fit, and thought she would “just try CrossFit to get a little toned.” Little did she know how passionate she would become about CrossFit. She quickly went from 3x/week to 6x/week (most weeks) and hasn’t looked back. She loves that the workouts vary every day, are modified to each individual’s needs and abilities, and can be measured to monitor progress.
Stacie is Level 1 and CrossFit Mobility certified. She has competed in local competitions, and her JoCo team qualified for and competed in the 2012 regionals.
Now in the best shape of her life, Stacie is accomplishing things she never thought she could or never even knew existed! She truly enjoys paying forward her knowledge and experience, and watching people’s lives change as they experience successes they never thought possible.
