Nutrition challenge

Clients,

Once again, we will be meeting this Thursday at 5:00 p.m. for the nutritional challenge. If you plan on participating but cannot make the meeting, please let me know ahead of time and I will distribute the information you need either through e-mail or at the gym on a later date. The rules and point system will remain the same and the competition will be completed as individuals. I am not requiring everyone to go through bodyfat measurements but I will be able to more accurately assess your caloric/block intake if I take it. Also, there will not be a single winner. If everyone remains disciplined with a specific diet, then everyone will win. As long as you reach a certain total of points at the end of the ten weeks then you will succeed. Looking forward to seeing everyone Thursday evening.
